Olivet’s Office of Student Development values the small group experience, which is often led by Resident Assistants in their living area.  Being a part of a small group Bible study is beneficial for many reasons.  A small group provides a place where Scripture is explored, accountability is offered, and prayer supports one another.  Some might not feel equipped to lead a small group.  We want to help develop your ability to provide the kind of spiritual leadership that can make a difference.

We, at the Chicago Central District, are offering a Leadership Development Path for small group leaders to Olivet RAs and RDs.  There is no cost to participate. Whether you are just looking to strengthen your own spiritual leadership skills or you are called to a full time ministry career, you will find this opportunity beneficial.
